<p data-start="1580" data-end="1730">It is completely normal that <strong data-start="1609" data-end="1648">when the app is open on your screen</strong>, your phone <strong data-start="1661" data-end="1697">does not show push notifications</strong> (no banner, sound, or pop-up).</p>
<p data-start="1732" data-end="1746">In this state:</p>

<p data-start="1750" data-end="1810">new events and updates <strong data-start="1773" data-end="1807">appear directly inside the app</strong>,</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1813" data-end="1879">the system assumes that you are <strong data-start="1845" data-end="1876">already viewing the content</strong>,</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1880" data-end="1954">
<p data-start="1882" data-end="1954">therefore it does not duplicate the same message as a push notification.</p>

</ul>
<p data-start="1956" data-end="2041">Push notifications will appear normally only when the app is <strong data-start="2017" data-end="2040">minimized or closed</strong>.</p>
