How to register – 2 methods depending on your company

1. Registration with a company email only
Some companies limit access to users with a company email address (e.g. @trans.com).

How it works:

  • You enter your company email during registration,

  • If it matches the list of domains approved by your company – registration goes through,

  • If not – the system automatically blocks the attempt.

Don’t have a company email?
Ask your supervisor or HR department for access.

2. Registration requires company approval
In some companies, each registration must be approved by an assigned person – such as someone from HR, administration, or IT.

How it works:

  • You submit your registration (via phone or browser),

  • The system sends it to the appropriate person in your company,

  • Once approved, you’ll receive an activation link.

The waiting time depends on your company – usually a few hours or 1 business day.

Both methods ensure:
✔️ Secure access for company members only
✔️ Compliance with GDPR and internal policies
✔️ Full control over who uses the app
