I forgot my password – what should I do?

On the login screen, click: “Recover password” / “Forgot password”

  • Enter your email address

  • Check your inbox – you’ll receive a message with a link to set a new password

  • Click the link and create a new password

Good to know:

  • The email might land in your SPAM folder – check it if nothing arrives within a few minutes

  • The link is time-limited

  • Choose a password that’s easy to remember but secure
