Where can I add a ride? Service areas

The public network doesn’t work everywhere yet. We open new routes where the most people commute every day. That way, there’s someone to ride with from day one.

How does it work?

You can add a ride when the start and the end of the route are in the same service area. The app checks this after the route step. If either end is outside the area, you’ll see the message “We don't cover your area yet”.

Some company networks have their own area too. The same rule applies there.

What can I do when I see this message?

  • “Join the waiting list” – we’ll write to you when we open your route. In the “Where do you work?” field you can enter your company and town. The field is optional, but it helps us open the route sooner.
  • “Change route” – go back and correct the addresses, e.g. if you picked the wrong point on the map by mistake.

Where can I check whether you run on my route?

On the inonecar.com/en/corridors page. Enter where you commute from and to, and tap “Check the route”. You don’t need an account. If we don’t run there yet, you can leave your email address.

How do you choose the next routes?

We add up sign-ups from the app and the website. The routes with the most sign-ups open first. On opening day, we write to everyone who reported that route.
