If you’re a Rider:
- The best thing to do is observe the position of your driver on the map via app to see where he/she is. Wait a few minutes and contact your Driver.
- If your Driver has not arrived within about 5 minutes of your departure time, reach out to her/him via a text message or phone call.
If you cannot get a hold of Driver, we ask you to cancel the reservation via app and take carpooling with other driver from your suggestions list in the app or take other way in to work/home.
If you’re a Driver:
- The best thing to do is to wait a few minutes and contact your Rider to see where they are.
- If you cannot reach them or something came up for them, no problem – cancel the reservation, go ahead and head to work/home.
