There were unforeseen circumstances and you can not go on a given day? Just cancel your reservation. Let your ridesharers know about it as soon as possible. From the list of your ridesharers choose the one you ride with on a chosen day and from the available options, click on “Cancel reservation.”
The selected person will be informed about your reservation’s cancellation by an SMS and e-mail, and notification on the phone ( if our free mobile application is used).
