Our SMS could fail to reach you phone for many reasons. Here are some actions you should do to find out why you are not sent any notifications.
Verify if your phone number is correct.
If you are a new user, your phone number can be entered incorrectly.
Here’s how you can check it:
- Go to “Your Profile”.
- Check the Phone field. Make sure that your phone number is correct.
- If it is incorrect, enter the correct number, and click “Save”.
If the number is correct, go to its verification and verify the number through typing in the appropriate field 4 digit code that you received by SMS on your phone.
