You can upload a profile photo in jpeg, png, heic, or webp format. The maximum allowed file size is 8 MB. Photos can be added directly from your phone’s camera or from the gallery.

Which photos are not allowed?

To ensure safety and consistency across all profiles, the following types of photos are not permitted:

• photos showing other people,

• group photos,

• drawings, memes, graphics, logos, or random images,

• inappropriate or non-compliant content (e.g., nudity, profanity, offensive material),

• photos that violate someone else’s privacy.

What type of photo is recommended?

We recommend a simple profile photo showing your face — similar to what is used in standard workplace applications and corporate communication tools.

What happens if I upload a photo that doesn’t meet the rules?

If you upload a photo that does not meet the guidelines, you may be asked to replace it. In certain cases, the administrator may remove the image or block it from being displayed until an appropriate photo is provided.
